Grant S. Moise is currently the President and CEO of The Dallas Morning News, one of the leading daily newspapers in the United States. In his role, Grant is responsible for both The Dallas Morning News and Medium Giant, one of Texas’s largest integrated creative marketing agencies serving clients nationwide.

Previously, Grant served as Chief Executive Officer of DallasNews Corporation before successfully selling the parent company to Hearst in 2025.  Other prior roles include General Manager of The Dallas Morning News and Senior Vice President of Business Development for DallasNews Corporation.  Grant managed mergers and acquisitions for DallasNews Corporation and oversaw the integration of new companies into the company’s marketing solutions ecosystem. Before that, Grant served as Vice President of Digital for The Dallas Morning News, where he oversaw the strategy and monetization of all digital assets.

In addition to Grant’s direct responsibilities, he also sits on the boards of the News Media Alliance, Dallas Citizens Council, Downtown Dallas Parks Conservancy, and the Neeley School of Business Board of Advisors at TCU.  Grant is also the Chair of the Board for the Cary M. Maguire Center for Ethics and Public Responsibility at SMU

He has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Kansas and an MBA from Texas Christian University.

A native of New Mexico, Grant currently resides in Dallas with his wife, Katie, and their three children, Macy, Lyle and Reid.

Sue Kerr

Did you know?

Colleen McCain Nelson is a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and executive editor and vice president of The Dallas Morning News. She returned to Dallas in August 2025, rejoining the newsroom where she previously spent 12 years as a reporter, editorial board member and columnist.

Most recently, Nelson served as the executive editor of The Sacramento Bee and the California regional editor for McClatchy Media, leading journalists in McClatchy’s five California newsrooms. Before heading to California, Nelson was McClatchy’s national opinion editor, and she was vice president and editorial page editor of The Kansas City Star.

She previously worked as a White House correspondent for The Wall Street Journal and as a political reporter, chronicling two presidential campaigns. In 2016, she criss-crossed the country with Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. As a White House reporter, she wrote about the policies, politics and personalities in President Barack Obama’s administration.

From 2000 to 2012, Nelson covered local, state and national politics as a reporter and an editorial board member at The Dallas Morning News. In 2010, Nelson and her colleagues Tod Robberson and Bill McKenzie were awarded the Pulitzer Prize for editorial writing, recognition for a series of editorials that condemned the stark economic and social disparities separating Dallas’ thriving northern half and struggling southern half.

Nelson grew up in Salina, Kansas, and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Kansas

Sue Kerr joined The Dallas Morning News in 2018 as VP of Print Audience, bringing along four decades of industry expertise. Prior to joining the team, she led customer service operations across all Tribune properties while simultaneously managing the consumer revenue and audience teams at the Hartford Courant.  Sue is a career-long subscription marketer and innovator, having worked in all facets of the print circulation business, ranging from acquisition to engagement to customer service and retention. She then took her expertise and applied it to launching digital subscriptions at the Courant, along with the implementation of their first-ever paywall.

In 2020, Sue was promoted to VP of Consumer Revenue here at The Dallas Morning News. Her primary focus is on increasing consumer revenue while driving audience growth as The News transitions to a digitally focused company. In this role, Sue is responsible for digital growth strategy and lead generation, as well as acquisition and retention. She directly oversees the Audience Development, Acquisition, Loyalty & Engagement, Marketing Operations and Customer Service teams, along with a multimillion-dollar budget.

Sue is a values-driven professional with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue. As a hands-on leader, she believes communication and collaboration are key to ensuring our continued success, along with decisions that are data formed and integrity based.

Sue is a member of International News Media Association (INMA) and values the exchange of ideas and concepts that drive innovation and progress within the industry. When not in Dallas, Sue enjoys spending time with her husband, Jack, and their two daughters, Nicole and Emma, in their Manchester, Connecticut, home. In her spare time, she loves to cook for family, friends and co-workers.

Rudy Bush

Did you know?

As Editorial Page Editor, Rudy Bush oversees The Dallas Morning News Editorial Board, a team of experienced journalists who help shape our opinions on an array of issues. As Rudy said when he took on his current role, the Editorial Board is “a fantastic group of journalists who care deeply about Dallas and North Texas.”

Rudy’s own journey in journalism began in 1998 at the San Antonio Express-News, where he worked his way up from doing the stock pages and clipping reporters’ entries for contests to working as a night shift reporter.

In 2001, he joined the Chicago Tribune, where he covered gang crime, the mob and any crazy thing that happened in the Windy City on a given day. He became a Washington-based national correspondent in 2004 and covered Barack Obama’s first year in the U.S. Senate. He returned to Chicago to cover the trial of one governor and the indictment of another.

Rudy, who holds a B.A., M.A. and MBA from the University of Dallas, returned to Texas in 2007 as City Hall reporter for The News. His career has taken him back and forth between the news pages and the opinion pages. He has worked as a reporter, columnist and editor. He was named vice president and Editorial Page Editor in 2022. He sees his role as providing readers with a variety of intelligent perspectives from diverse contributors about things that matter to Dallas and North Texas.

Rudy lives in Dallas with his four children, their big dog, Mae, and their black cat, Mr. Lucky.

Natalie Yancy serves as the Chief Revenue Officer for The Dallas Morning News and its sister company, Medium Giant, an integrated creative marketing agency. She heads advertising and marketing revenue growth, as well as oversees advertising operations and strategic content, ensuring content innovation is aligned with the evolving media landscape.  Natalie is a native Dallasite, whose leadership and media expertise spans across 30+ years in the market.  Her career roles have included leadership of business development at the American City Business Journals, as well as at Newspapers First, representing dozens of publisher and digital properties for nationwide revenue development across their media portfolios.  
Natalie is a results-driven leader with a proven track record of building sustainable, diversified revenue growth.  She brings a collaborative challenger approach to not only ensure strategic priorities are met, but also provide best in class results for our clients.

In addition to her direct responsibilities at The Dallas Morning News, Natalie is a Leadership Dallas Alumni-Class of ‘22, graduate of Robin Pou’s Strategic Leadership Cohort, and participant of Spark Brilliance Leadership. Currently, she serves on the Klyde Warren Park Corporate Council, DRC Executive Women’s Forum and a mentor for University of Texas at Dallas MBA students.  Community service and mentorship is Natalie’s passion, and she has served in various capacities with The Dallas Morning News Charities Board, Richardson ISD Strategic Planning Committee, Texas PTA, Klyde Warren Park Community Engagement Council, UNCF, Junior Achievement, Girl Talk, Habitat for Humanity, NTX Food Bank, Brother Bills and YMCA.

Natalie lives in Dallas with her husband, Windell, and their rescue terrier, Cooper.  They also have two adult human children.  In her spare time, you can find Natalie on a jogging trail or creating a new experiment in the kitchen.

Jimmy Morton was promoted to Vice President of Production and Distribution in 2024, capping off a distinguished career with the company that began in 1988. A dedicated leader with a strong focus on teamwork and operational excellence, Jimmy excels at building cross-functional teams that drive measurable success. Most recently, he played a pivotal role in the seamless relocation of the company’s print facility from Plano to Carrollton—an achievement that has set the stage for future growth.

Known for his hands-on leadership and commitment to continuous improvement, Jimmy is passionate about fostering collaboration and efficiency. He lives in Plano with his wife, Tammy, and their two teenage sons.

Regina joined The Dallas News Corporation in August 2022 as Senior Human Resources Manager, supporting The Dallas Morning News and Medium Giant. She currently serves as Human Resources Director, partnering with business units to drive strategic HR initiatives.

With more than 25 years of experience in human resources, Regina previously served as Vice President of Human Resources at Evolution Health, a wholly owned subsidiary of EMSC, which employed over 50,000 clinicians nationwide. She began her career at EMSC in 2003 with EmCare, the company’s emergency medicine division, and held multiple roles supporting emergency management, ambulatory services, home health, and outpatient physician services. As Vice President, she was active on the Diversity Council and championed initiatives recognizing women and people of color across the organization. Earlier in her career, Regina was Human Resources Manager at Fujitsu Transaction Solutions.

Regina earned a B.B.A. from East Texas A&M University-Commerce and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Human Resources from Amberton University.

A native of Redwater, Texas, Regina moved to Dallas in 1997. She lives there with her husband, Reginald, and their dog, Bella, enjoying life as happy, empty-nesters.
